Support USB and Ethernet on BeagleBone Green Gateway #251

These two drivers add support for the combined USB and Ethernet module on the BeagleBone Green Gateway.

I wonder why they didn't use the built-in Ethernet controller like all of the other Beaglebones that have Ethernet. Anyway, I verified this with the BBGG schematic just since I was surprised.Thanks for sending it!
