Font additions

This set of commits adds the noto series of fonts from Google that provide international and emoji fonts for the kiosk. I enabled emoji fonts because. Feel free to drop that last commit.

I haven't tested this. The CJK fonts should not be enabled without testing since they're quite large and it's probably unnecessary to include all of them. If a good subset is known, I can add a configuration that makes it the default.
