Attempting to fix a failing build

I noticed that the build is failing because apt is trying to install a package and is getting a 404. I think that running sudo apt -y update should fix this

@fhunleth looks like that did the trick :) Thanks for putting this together. I might try this project out soon, with intent to use in a real-world environment (an access-restricted touch+keyboard workstation)
