Import statement bug #4

When configuring a Aether project in aether.config.xml and using the import-element inside a rule-element, module providers seems to mix up and get combined all togheter instead of just overwriting each other.

Example:

globals.xml globalrules.xml tek.xml globalrules.xml audiovisuelt.xml
