Override the view process to disable the layout rendering. #4

You can now just define the layout inside the view directly :)

Thanks for the PR. It might take me a while to process this as I'm currently backpacking south america and have loads of bad internet connectivity and little time. Just to say this hasn't passed me by! In the meantime I would appreciate if you could clean this up with some rebasing.
