Doesn't trim the line terminator when read a hex file.

Version: ckb-cli 0.101.1 (fbef5b5 2021-10-26)

Reproduce:

• Create a json file tx.json that contains a transaction.

• ckb-cli molecule encode --type Transaction --output-type binary --json-path tx.json > tx.hex

• ckb-cli molecule decode --type Transaction --output-format json --hex-binary-path tx.hex

  You will see an error.

There is another several trivial issues:

• Why error messages don't have line terminators.

• I select --output-type binary, but the output is hex string with 0x-prefix, not output a real binary file.

• Run ckb-cli molecule decode, you will find:

  • --binary-hex <binary-hex>

  • --hex-binary-path <hex-binary-path>

  It's weird ...
