feat: add chaos cases of networking #25

  1. Create a network that contains nodes:

    • node that version is v0.43, tip is 0
    • node that version is v0.43, tip is 2997
    • node that version is v0.43, tip is 3000
    • node that version is v0.43, tip is 3003
    • node that version is v0.100, tip is 0
    • node that version is v0.100, tip is 2997
    • node that version is v0.100, tip is 3000
    • node that version is v0.100, tip is 3003 ...

  2. Generate some chaos transactions.
