Lumo :source-map can default to true again #38

The patch for fixing source maps is in so we can default to true again, see anmonteiro/lumo@913fb9d.

It may be best to leave this out for a while to avoid requiring the most recent version of Lumo?

Well yeah makes sense as well. I thought I improved the comment at some point , cannot remember now 😄
