3DS Export for .cia #1588

Hey nesbox! I love TIC-80 and I'd like to play it on my 3ds. But can you add on the 3ds release a .cia file too? Thanks.

My response:

Please use .3dsx files and the Homebrew Launcher. They are the preferred format for homebrew distribution, especially if you haven't fully disabled Nintendo's telemetry on the Home Menu. 99% of the reasons to use .CIA files which aren't strictly related to Home Menu presence (like JIT support) have gone away since the introduction and development of Luma3DS.
