I bet this is absolutely the most suitable hardware platform for Tic-80, bar none, and it only costs $30. The screen resolution is 240*136, it has a full keyboard layout, comes with a lithium battery, supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and even infrared, it's compatible with SD cards, has sound, and also features a microphone. I can't think of a more suitable ultra-small computer for Tic-80 than this one.
