game: Shadow Over the Twelve Lands

The minimap arrow is not getting flipped correclty when the cart is played in Retroarch Minimap arrows work as intended on html5 version on the tic80.com website probably is same bug as reported in #2504

Different bug but relevant to this game: latest tic80 linux binary with this game it crashes and is unplayable :/
