report success or failure when loading personality #4

Peter Oesterlund says that it would facilitate debugging. And he is right.

What exactly you are thinking?

Doing an "info string " (when personality-file is found)? Or maybe something more detailed, for example if the books are also there?

I would like it, if engine and GUI are exchanging infos on a bigger way. For example: when using personality, I think it's important to use a personal book. So the book-feature of the GUI should be turned off. I was thinking about an detection, but at least on android, almost all GUIs even didn't show "info string ".
