Since we always enclose fields in double quotes, the only remaining thing to satisfy https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4180 quoting rules is to effectively double any double quotes in the text.
(Maybe it would also be necessary to use CRLF instead of just LF, but that surely doesn't matter nowadays.)
