R-Geo not mounting libraries #7

R-Geo Module isn't mounting libraries correctly.

Should see these as with ssh to eri cluster > .libPaths() [1] "/mnt/gpfs/persist/home/agresearch.co.nz/bixleym/R/foss-2023a/4.3" [2] "/mnt/gpfs/persist/apps/eri_rocky8/software/R-Geo/4.3.2-foss-2023a" [3] "/mnt/gpfs/persist/apps/eri_rocky8/software/R/4.3.2-foss-2023a/lib64/R/library"

Is only seeing > .libPaths() [1] "/mnt/gpfs/persist/home/agresearch.co.nz/bixleym/R/foss-2023a/4.3" [2] "/mnt/gpfs/persist/apps/eri_rocky8/software/R/4.3.2-foss-2023a/lib64/R/library"

output.log shows both R/4.3.2 module loaded correctly 35) R/4.3.2-foss-2023a 55) R-Geo/4.3.2-foss-2023a

Not investigating - the 2 required libraries load.
