Ideally something we can embed. Worse case scenario it is a link.

Should this replace mailto link? Should button take you to a 'get help' page that presents options?

are you thinking of being able to list issues for a logged in user? I guess we don't check the logged in context for a user, so perhaps you're just thinking about link or logging new issues?
