Unnecessary folders need to be removed #8

There are so many directories that it's confusing and not intuitive. I'd appreciate it if you could just leave only what you need.

I cleaned up some unused directories. The "decommissioned" folder is for keeping scratch codes that I think as "might be useful later just in case" kind of, so it is kept, for now (it will be as its namesake when the project is finished and running as intended).

I think it's better to keep the code that will be used later in the new branch rather than the master branch. It would be better to make a separate the branch called "dev/experimental" and commit the decommissioned folder, and delete the decommissioned folder on the master branch.

Note that master branch must contain code that is not problematic even if it is released anytime. In other words, the master must be perfect.

Cleaned up code, and the one that stores all needless files will not be uploaded here from now on.
