To resolve #37

@bbalaji-ucsd, I put you as a reviewer because we added the waveform visualization javascript for PWM assignment together one year ago, so you may have some insight that what might go wrong. I'll wait until both of you guys give me approves.

My test plan is to see the waveform visualization in the page. The following are the two screenshots of the task-grading-detail page which include two DUT output files and one waveform file.
