update the cs projects to .net 6 #175

since .net 5 support is ending in about two weeks i decided to update the csprojects to .net 6 oh and i forgot to say that about the whole remaking plugins thing look updating something is easier than remaking something but i will touch on remaking plugins maybe tomorrow i dunno because there are other things i want to do

You need to update the github action to .net 6 too.
