Link to numbered items within numbered sections given full context #2

If a numbered section includes a numbered/lettered list, allow a link to be generated with the "Selection to Link" method.

E.g., an Outline Heading 4

6.1.4.8 Heading Title

Lorem ipsum blah blah blah

  1. apple
  2. banana
  3. orange
  4. peach
  5. pear
  6. grape

Highlighting the text 6.1.4.8.5 anywhere in the document and running "Selection to Link" should generate a link to "pear" in the list.
