Per NIST SP811 Section 7.2, planar angles do not have a space between the number and the "unit" (°, ', "). Additionally, subdivisions of the degree can be combined: 30°22'8".
I propose a separate regex and routine to fix angles, but if there's a way it can be included, I'm open to ideas.
