Moved simulating data script to `data-raw` folder

Any .rda data generated in the data/ folder should keep the record for how it was generated in data-raw/: https://r-pkgs.org/data.html#sec-data-data-raw

Packages used only in scripts in the data-raw/ folder shouldn't be stored in the DESCRIPTION file, since the DESCRIPTION file is used for only packages your package depends on to work by the end user.
