Change location and name of merged dataset for HPMT consumption #59

Changes location and name of file that results from running the following script asf_core_data/pipeline/data_joining/merge_proc_datasets.py.

The resulting file name is changing from"/outputs/MCS/merged_epc_mcs_installations_installers.csv" to "/outputs/gold/merged_epc_mcs_installations_installers_{date}.csv" where date is the date when running the file.
