Retraining and evaluating #20

Description

Various changes to improve the existing models

[x] Remove labelled data labelled by more than one person
[x] Remove duplicate floor plans
[x] Create a black and white image output
[x] Train model to predict double door and single doors
[x] Update to new models and datasets in configs
[x] Set default confidence thresholds and manual rules in predict
[x] Train, use and evaluate a better staircase model (included added staircase data to evaluation file)
[ ] Update all readmes + results

Fixes # (issue)

Instructions for Reviewer

Note on the confidence threshold: After experimenting using the evaluation dataset I found that 0.4 gave good results on all labels.
