Description

Adds a sample fraction option to pipeline/taxonomy_development/community_detection.py and pipeline/taxonomy_development/semantic_taxonomy/make_taxonomy.py so they can be run on different samples of entities and save outputs for sensitivity analysis

Fixes #46

@emily-bicks don't merge this one, I've refactored the code in branch 47 to make it comparable for noise and sample simulations.
