Creates an app template based on the slides presented to ARIA

Fixes #57

To launch in browser, checkout the branch and run streamlit run dap_aria_mapping/analysis/app/Home.py

There are a few really annoying bits that I think we may need to live with but I'm not giving up yet:

I can't make it so you click on the images to switch pages, you have to use that menu bar on the side
I can't figure out how to use custom icons in the menu bar, all it lets you use is emojis

App outline looks good to me, it allows us to start working on some of the discussed plots (latest conversation in Miro board). The only comment I would make is a strategic one: to substitute or include alongside IGL's logo, as it is the implicit recipient of the Schmidt Foundation's donation & Nesta's team that is taking over most innovation work.
