Re-use the pipelines for calculating novelty of OpenAlex papers on patent data.

The scripts should output:

Tables with patent novelty measures, and topic-pair commonness measures (per each taxonomy level) [see #54]
Tables with topic-level novelty measures based on patent data [see #64]
