Description

This PR creates 2 2x2 typologies at the industry and occupation level with the updated sample (notebook). It also adds a plotting.py utils and updates the process_measures.py slightly. We will need to refactor the notebooks eventually.

The saved 2x2 typologies are in this google drive.
