Description

I've re-run all the notebooks that output to outputs/figures/green_jobs_explorer using the latest analysis file timestamps from the fix-soc-name-rerun branch.

All the updated graphs are stored here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f0o9iBu-EQndHTURBdWiteslACc9iewV

I made very minor tweaks to a few notebooks to:

1. generate a SIC_Name column for the 2x2typologies notebook
2. Update the regional notebooks to use analysis_config rather than string dates.
