Create an optional "data science download" tutorial with high level information on:

[x] how to approach a data science problem
[x] a quick tour of data/methods (largely borrowed from our previous work on how to 'cook up' a data science project)
[x] practical resource list to get you started (python for ds, data for ds, ml libraries, other introductory material)

I don't think we need code in this session, but links to repos/tutorials with code could be helpful.

@georgerichardson the structure for the deck is summarised in the issue description - how does it sound?

Things to discuss in our meeting next monday (3/07):

[ ] is the 'theortical' section too high level? I've borrowed from previous work where the audience was for non technical participants
[ ] flag to fill in 'time series' sections
[ ] crowd source additional resources to get you started across the three sections of the framework
