The current DAPS setup requires that certain secrets are in place. I'm not suggesting that we automate the implementation of secrets (sounds insecure to me) but at least that all DAPS repos should have a check in place, probably via an action.
Could/should be tackled at the same time as #80, though perhaps as a parallel or initial PR.
