Add all of `ojd_daps.deploy` as a templates to `daps_utils` #85

Similarly to #80, all of ojd_daps.deploy should be copied to daps_utils and template-ified (e.g. replace ojd_daps with something greppable), and also add in a script for automatically creating a deploy folder in a daps project.
