Remove crunchbase and update glassai

Closes #318 and closes #228

• [x] Remove crunchbase-acquired fields from GtR universities
• [x] Remove crunchbase funders metadata
• [x] Fix code for situations where location, description and urls may be null
• [x] Use latest GlassAI dataset (31 new companies)
• [x] Update data

Data changes

• Number of orgs increased from 3362 to 3391 (these are all extra companies with types=["0"])
• 470 null descriptions
• 318 null locations locations = {'lat': None, 'lon': None, 'postcode': None}
• 491 null urls
