We need to track down whether this is due to metaflow/metaflow_extensions/graph-tool/Mac/other by @Juan-Mateos reproducing and sharing the error.

Notes: I didn't encounter an error running locally (on Linux) but did find I had to install libgtk3 for usage with Batch.
