New dependency viewer #290

After a week of hard work, here is the dependency tree viewer !

Some points remain to be discussed:

How to import hatcher and analyzer cleanly without creating a local javascript copy of the files?
The drop-down menu needs to be reviewed, I did this very quickly and it's not aligned to the right. (I don't how how to do that)
This is my first big frontend addition, don't hesitate to check everything @martonlederer .

Very minor thing, but we may also need to fixed the space between the underline and text here:
