.env.vault doesn't work when using @nestjs/config #13705

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

It does not load/decrypt the env when using it .env.vault supported by dotenv

Minimum reproduction code

Expected behavior

It should work as dotenv works with .env.vault here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/dotenv#dotenv-vault-1

Hi! as @nestjs/config uses dotenv as-is, unless you share the steps to reproduce your issue, I'll say that you've a configuration issue. So:
