Create Jenkins job to publish Nestor QA demo #31

We have a node in Linode and a Jenkins instance at TupiLabs that can both be used for an automated deploy.

Note to self: We had to use the webhook URL service in Github, since the git plugin wasn't working.

We have to update PHP to 5.5 in the Jenkins box

PHP updated to 5.5 successfully. Will try to integrate schema spy tomorrow and create the job to deploy the demo app.
