Add test case steps #39

We could have test steps in Nestor. The execution status of the test steps to define the test case execution status. We can have four columns in the UI:

Order
Description
Expected Result
Execution Status

50% done. Probably will have a working version by the next meeting on Sunday.

In today's meeting I told @tooh about the problem with using jQuery and the tangled code that it was becoming.

By using YUI it became much easier, and it was easier to add drag and drop to the test case steps create form :-)

Will move it to 0.10 since i couldn't finish it tonight, but I'll fix it during the week. What is missing:
