Add link to Issue Management Systems #59

Add the ability to link NESTOR with external issue management systems.

The aim is to have a way to create an issue, when executing a TP, and to have a link to this issue displayed in NESTOR. When you choose "Fail", NESTOR can propose to create an issue (maybe only if an external IMS is set). This may be done through plugin, in order to interface with some IMS (JIRA, MANTIS, etc) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue-tracking_systems

Thus NESTOR can generate metrics on issues found by TP, ...
And you may implement a generator for creating TP with newly closed issues and linked TC, or generate reports which lists all the TC to retest after issues fixing.

And if you add AUT and version/release management, if you can create changelog for a release with the list of issues fixed, NESTOR can generate automaticaly the corresponding TP with all the TC which are related to the fix.

+1 and once we start working on this issue, I'm very interested in the "you can create changelog for a release". This would be an awesome feature!

Ah, reading the issues again, I hadn't read this part. It sounds amazing! Create a new test plan only with the failed tests. Sounds tremendously useful!!! Thanks a lot
