Chat between collaborators #75

Communication is an essential part of project management, bad communication can make the project fails. So how about a web chat plugin?

+1 I believe Moodle has or used to have an internal chat. When I was in Mackenzie we used Moodle for several tasks, and it was awesome to be able to send messages to other students. The coolest thing was that we could send a message when the user was offline.

Such a feature could be used to remind a tester of something - tho the same could be done with e-mails, this chat would be way more cool I think heh
