List Box Height problem in IE9 #283

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
dropdown-check-list.1.3 works well in crome n firefox, bt In IE9 the list box 
that shows the selected items is expanding in height during each select

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
required to list the selected items as in crome,firefox(not expanding in height)

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version:1.3
-- jQuery version:1.6.1
-- jQuery UI version:1.8.13
-- Browser and version:IE9 v9.0.8112
