An example for using spec_helper.py as file settings

Mamba had this kind of feature?? Or is it an proposal? Anyways I approve 😃

This feature its already developed but undocumented. Would be great to improve it using a file config name like .mambarc or .mamba instead a module. Also this settings overrides the mamba arguments. In my opimion should be un the other way
