LicenseUrl is missing from nuget nuspec #170

We are using a package management tool that allows us to filter on license.

Although this has the license.txt file in the project this isnt referenced in the nuspec: https://github.com/net-commons/common-logging/blob/master/src/Common.Logging/Common.Logging.nuspec

Please populate the licence link. Our tool which scans for licences claims this package doesn't have one when we know it exists.
