Check if it's desirable (and how to do it) to dim the planet's blinking lights #20

As (apparently) suggested by OrbitalManeuvers on Forum.

o this is an atmospheric probe descending into Saturn's atmosphere. The issue I have here is Earth, Mars, and Venus. They are perfect little textbook-colored dots, whereas the rest of the starfield has been dimmed as expected since we're looking right into the sun. 8ofzSbj Does starfield dimming not apply to planets as well?

(note to my future self: check the planets orbiting the Sun)

I'm not sure if dimming the blinking lights are really needed - but I may be wrong.

There's this picture from Cassini showing earth from Saturn (the brightest blue dot somewhat below the rings): Cassini_s_Pale_Blue_Dot_pillars

But there's also this other picture from Voyager 1 showing Earth and Venus:

And on this last one, the camera was facing the Sun - so Planets, apparently, are still visible even with a bright source of light as a near planet or even the Sun.

Perhaps I should shrink the blinking lights related to the distance? I need to keep in mind that the blinking lights must cover the original Planet's image, so the blinking lights can't be smaller than whatever KSP draws there.
