Restore compatibility to EVA Follower/ETC

Just remembered EVA Parachutes & Ejection Seats. Adding support to it too. Adding enhancement to the labels as I know going beyound the original task.

Vanguard Technologies / EVA Parachutes and Ejection Seats were implemented on commit https://github.com/net-lisias-ksp/KourageousTourists/commit/8b9d0d7d44a93960c6a84b208edd2c9804e57c6a .

Glitch: by some reason, the Tourist's PAW is being redrawn all the time on KSP 1.3.1 - need to check other KSP releases...

EVA Follower was tacked down on commit https://github.com/net-lisias-ksp/KourageousTourists/commit/f4956bd90ed1810be1badf621e18bba17f08e3d9

The PAW flickering mentioned on the last comment is due EVA Follower reseting its events on every Update!
