可否考虑对其他视频网站的支持？ #10

我在脚本的“编辑-设置“页面 添加了“用户匹配”网址，也没法起作用，如果能做到扩展化。。点一下就对其他视频网站也能起作用就好了。。。

你需要重写Hook部分的代码以添加支持，目前我只写了Hook B站播放器的代码 原理是获取HTML5播放器的video标签取得视频源，然后用canvas覆盖在video标签上来使用WebGL跑滤镜，目前因为自己不怎么写前端这块然后就写的非常tricky（非常依赖播放器标签的tag），我又还没找到时间来重构所以暂时不支持其他网站

简单重构了一下，现在应该有能力支持别的站点了 不过我还没有测试
