Update to Anime4K v4.0.1 #32

The new versions run considerably lighter than the version currently implemented for this script. I know this has been dormant for quite some time, but would it be possible to see the script updated to use the new Anime4K_Upscale_Deblur_DoG_x2.glsl?

On a side note, would it be possible to get a version for AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening?
