Bing collect IP geographical information #190

Windows System may contain apis to collect ip real validity.

Background

Use bing.com to test Internet connectivity repeatedly yesterday, and may trigger DDOS defend(tracert server_ip shows ip travel through California DDOS defend center )

Behavior

China mainland client directly use server ip outbound to request bing will jump to CN location. image

If use server cloudflare warp ip outbound to request bing client will not happen. image

We now doubt the ip of server have been marked as agent behind Windows background activity.

Problem

Use warp still stigger bing cn domain api? image

Oh sorry, the system environment is eng by configuration.

Sometimes clear cookies willn't bring back geographical site, sometimes not. (we use the same traffic agent with exported ports, and observed symptoms are different on different hosts, maybe Bing embeds cookies in other place beside browser at the same time)
