Online FOCI workshop next week, 2023-02-15

The first FOCI (Free and Open Communications on the Internet) workshop of 2023 will happen next week, 2023-02-15 15:00–20:45 UTC. I don't know exactly how they are going to present it, but it will be a fully online event. You must register in advance, but there is no cost to attend.
