I'm Kali a hacktivist, only good stuff. If you're from Iran, can you tell me what is possible rn and what not so we can work on solutions? I really want to use my experience and the skills of my team to help everyone in Iran, China and Russia that are getting censored or can't get real information. Surely you can aswell tell me what's happening in you're country if it's not listed here. I recommend using Tor with a VPN, or otherwise for signal there are many proxies u can use.

Please take a look at this repository . If you're unfamiliar with Farsi, kindly use a translator to convert the content to English. This configuration must be functional on TCI. Please inform me once you have tested it. To my knowledge, the majority of users should be able to connect using this configuration.

Rather than ask others to give you a summary of the current state of blocking in various countries, it is probably more efficient for you to read from existing discussions and summarize them yourself. There is more to it than basic recommendations of Tor+VPN or Signal TLS proxies.
