I noticed a few days ago issue with wireguard mullvad, at first it stopped working in my pc, but works in my phone. Now it seem to not work in either, while OpenVPN works fine. The strange thing is they don't seem to be blocking the ip, but the protocol itself, obsufscation works fine, but it is slow.

Yeah I'm in KSA and have had the same problem since a couple of days ago, had to turn on obfuscation on my phone to get it to work. Seems to be fine on my PC/wifi, only had the problem with STC mobile data so possibly something they've implemented.

I can confirm this too. I run my own Wireguard server and it stop working a few days ago. Port 51820 is now blocked, no handshake possible. I change to random port and it work for a few minute and then not working anymore. The new random port while the handshake still possible, actual data transfer is not working. DPI maybe... using STC network
PS. OpenVPN still work though

1.1.1.1 warp is effected too. It no longer works for me and many people. Have you or know anyway we can bypass this censorship? I've written about it here too.
